Nampa’s New Home Neighborhoods

One newer neighborhood in Nampa is Hunter’s Point. This subdivision is located off of Midway Road and Iowa Avenue, which places it about five miles Southwest of Downtown Nampa. Because it is not too far from the center the city, living in this neighborhood makes it easy to take advantage of all that Nampa has to offer. For example, the Nampa Recreation Center is only ten minutes to the east of Hunter’s Point. This facility has rock climbing walls, an outdoor track, a pool, tennis courts, and more. The Karcher Mall, the second largest mall in Idaho, is also nearby to the North.

Hunter’s Point is close to outdoor areas as well as city attractions. Just ten minutes east of this neighborhood is Lake Lowell, the largest lake in the Treasure Valley. This impressive reservoir is popular for boating, swimming, and wading. Lake Lowell is part of the Deer Flat Wildlife Refuge, which is lined with nature trails to explore and enjoy.

Hunter’s Point’s impressive real estate, on the other hand, is one of the most attractive things about this neighborhood. For example, most listings under this neighborhood are newer housing options that are either pre-built homes or empty lots for custom built homes, and home lots range from one-tenth to a fourth of an acre.

This is just one neighborhood in Nampa. Other new residential neighborhoods in Nampa have options for sale as well. Look into these other neighborhoods, broadening your home search, to find the right property for you.
