BOISE REAL ESTATE

Boise is the capital city in Idaho and also the largest. According to the 2010 census, Boise has a population of 205,671 people. Downtown Boise is a bustling cityscape of different stores, restaurants, and cultural centers for local residents. Boise calls back the simplicity of walking to and from your destination with friendly streets and shops. Additionally, there are many cultural activities in Boise that are easily accessible. The Boise Art Museum, where artifacts and paintings from around the world are displayed, is maintained in the popular Julia Davis Park, sharing the space with the Boise Zoo, Idaho Discovery Center, and a host of other activities. Boise features big city activity, but doesn't lose it’s origins as a close-knit community.

Homes for Sale in Idaho

EAGLE REAL ESTATE

Eagle is a more rural city than Boise, with a population of 19,908, according to the 2010 census. There are plenty of open spaces, and lots of room to grow as a community. Eagle is filled with neighborhoods and shops, such as the Eagle Saturday Market, which runs from April to October every year. An open air bazaar, where patrons can find local arts and crafts, flowers, produce, and fresh foods, help tie together the people as a wholesome area ideal for finding a home for sale in Idaho.

MERIDIAN REAL ESTATE

Located on the western outskirts of Boise, Meridian, too, is a great place to live. Meridian, which began as a bedroom community, has developed into a diverse and exciting city to buy a home. Meridian is the third largest city in the state, and has over 80,000 people in its limits as of 2012. Neighborhoods like Alpine Point or Cherry Lane Village are small suburban areas. And places like the Village in Meridian offer popular shopping and dining experiences that entertain many Meridian residents.

NAMPA REAL ESTATE

Nampa is a very popular community in Idaho, due to its unique real estate opportunities. Nampa seamlessly combines both rural and urban living as it grows from its traditional roots. Nampa is highly noted for having affordable homes. Furthermore, Nampa is excellent for its many recreational activities available for those who want to experience much of what Idaho has to offer. If you want to go fishing, hiking, or spend a lazy afternoon at a lake, Nampa is the place for you. In Nampa is the popular Lake Lowell - a great place for swimming and boating.

CALDWELL REAL ESTATE

Caldwell also has a variety of homes for sale in its market. Caldwell is a more rural city that with a population of 46,294. But despite its smaller size, Caldwell is not any less important than Boise, Idaho in historical significance. One of the city’s most well-known attractions is the Canyon County Fair, which has occurred since the late 19th century. Famous for its grain elevators, Caldwell is also a part in Idaho’s economy. Today, Caldwell is small city with a large school district, 10 city parks, a city pool, and a public golf course.

KUNA REAL ESTATE

Kuna is a thriving community with 15,210 people, according to the 2010 census. In Kuna’s early days, it was a railroad stop for travelers on their way to Boise - which is appropriate, given that some speculate that Kuna means “the end of the trail.”  Kuna is filled with stunning expanses of natural landscape that are available for the public, including the Snake River Canyon Outlook or the Snake River Birds of Prey National Conservation Area. These beautiful areas highlight some of Idaho’s most picturesque scenes and attract those who want to buy homes in rural Idaho.

STAR REAL ESTATE

Star, Idaho, is a small town of only 5,500 residents, and is often described as having the slower lifestyle. Star earned its name from a local landmark, a schoolhouse with a star on it, which guided travelers along the old roads to the town. From this beginning Star has evolved into a quaint town with full amenities for the households that live there. For anything that may not be in walking distance, Star is only twenty minutes away from Boise city.
