APPLE CREEK ESTATES

ISLAND WOODS

Island Woods has a beautiful landscape with walking paths that lead to a water front. Because it is so close to a waterfront, Island Woods residents are not too far away from an afternoon of fishing. Nearby are the Boise Foothills with an excellent view and recreational opportunities.

Island real estate has homes from the upper $200 thousands to over a million.

Located on the south of the city of Eagle across the North Channel of the Boise River, Island Woods is conveniently close to this waterfront as well as not far away from popular shops and restaurants.

SHADOW RIDGE

Shadow Ridge has a country feel because there are many open spaces with common areas and walking paths. Not too far away from Eagle Sports Complex, there are places to skateboard or mountain bike.

Shadow Ridge real estate has newer homes built between 2005 and 2006. Real estate here is relatively affordable with homes from mid $100k to $300k. Homes are a decent size, and have areas between 1,600 to 3,000 square feet.

TIMBERLAND ESTATES

This cozy neighborhood has luxury custom homes with beautiful views. Many homes will have attached apartments for friends or relatives, pools, sporting courts, and spacious garages. The exterior design of most Timberland homes has a rustic style with an elegance that brings the neighborhood together.

Timberland real estate has homes that were built from 2004 to 2005. The price range for a Timberland home is $400k to $600k. Homes offer a simple elegant between 3,200 to more than 4,000 feet.

Located 2 miles west on State Street from downtown Eagle, this neighborhood is not too far from what Eagle has to offer including dining in fine restaurants and shopping. At the same time, Timberland Eagle maintains the small town feel that Eagle neighborhoods have.
