Eagle is a largely suburban community which is located to the Northeast of Boise’s city limits.

Eagle Realty includes neighborhoods with brilliant landscaping and high-quality amenities. Since Eagle is a growing city, there are several new residential neighborhoods that are being built in the community.
Spurwing Subdivision, for example, is located next to the Spurwing Country Club golf course where residents take advantage of this amenity. Homes in Spurwing are mostly newer buildings, which are only a few years old or less. These residential structures will have two to four bathrooms and three to four bedrooms.
Another new neighborhood in Eagle is Vizcaya, a quiet community set a further distance away from Eagle’s center. Despite this, however, it isn't too far away to enjoy Eagles local parks and other similar amenities. Real estate in Vizcaya includes higher-end homes with four to six bathrooms and five to six bedrooms.
Arbor Ridge draws people in with charming landscapes of green grass and sizable trees, which add to the quiet atmosphere of the neighborhood. Island Woods, on the other hand, comes with neighborhood amenities, like a community pool and play area, tennis courts, and winding walking pathways. These understandably attract a lot of people who are looking for a more inclusive neighborhood. Homes for sale in Island woods range in age but will most likely have have three to five bedrooms and two to four bathrooms.
River District also has near-by amenities, including a neighborhood clubhouse with a hot tub, pool, and kitchens for community gatherings. Additionally, the River District has a community park and walking paths. Landscaping in this neighborhoods accent the nearby Boise River with fountains and ponds throughout the neighborhood. Real estate listen in the River District will have homes around 1,700 to 2,500 square feet, three bedrooms, and a two-car garage.
Winding Creek Neighborhood is also beautifully landscaped. Residents of this neighborhood enjoy the common areas and wondering creeks throughout. Winding Creek homes were mostly built from 2005 to 2007 and will most likely have 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
With almost 30 square miles, residents of Eagle, Idaho have plenty of room to live and enjoy their community. Though most consider Eagle a bedroom community, there are still local shopping and dining options, including higher supermarkets or quaint coffee shops. During the summer, there is an open air bazaar known as the Eagle Saturday Market where there are local products on display for sale including arts and crafts, flowers, and fresh produce.
Eagle residents are also brought together by community events. The Eagle Fun Days Festival, for example, provides outdoor fun for the community. Lasting multiple days, there are several happenings including a carnival, music performances, races, a parade, and a famous Rocky Mountain Oyster Feed.
Not bound by set dates, a trip to Eagle Island State park is irresistible. The 545 acres that make up Eagle Island State park has not only some of the most captivating landscape but also provides countless ways to spend an afternoon. With the small lake you can enjoy relaxing kayaking in the cool water, swimming in a roped off swimming area, or sunbathing on the sandy beach. If you want a more country style way to spend an afternoon, the nature trails pull people to enjoy the outdoors whether they want to take a gentle stroll, journey with connecting with a horse companion, or race as fast as possible over the rocks with a sturdy mountain bike.
Other local parks in Eagle include Arboretum Park and Guerber Park. Arboretum is, as the name implies, an arboretum with thirty seven distinct species of trees, multiple kinds of roses, perennials, and other plants. Whether you are a botanist or simply enjoy exquisite plants, a visit to Arboretum Park may be just what you need. Guerber Park, on the other hand, has a focus on activities. With baseball facilities, an interactive water feature, a playground, and open fields, this park is a great place to spend the afternoon.
