Demeyer Estates Real Estate
The Demeyer Estates are named after the farmer who previously owned the land where the homes are built. The center of the neighborhood is what is left of the farm, a twelve acre plot of land that has been converted into a city park with playgrounds, a duck pond, basketball court, volleyball net and large fields. Demeyer Estates is also only a mile and a half from several grocery stores and gas stations.
Boise Idaho, located in the southwest corner of the state, and only 100 miles from the Nevada border, is the fourth biggest city in the Northwest. Boise houses the Idaho capitol building, a state university and several Fortune 1000 and 500 companies. Among the other amazing things about Boise is it’s access to outdoor interests and hotspots. Boise is settled in the shadow the Boise National Forest and, therefore is a gateway to the great outdoors.
