Boise Idaho Geography

The capital city of Boise lies in southwest Idaho about 41 miles east of the Oregon border and about 110 miles north of the Nevada border. Mountains rise to the northeast, stretching from the southeastern tip of Boise to the city of Eagle. These mountains are known as the Boise Foothills, which is a hotspot for residents from all nearby areas for outstanding year-round recreation. If you're looking for a Boise home that delivers quick access to the Boise Greenbelt system or the numberless trails of the foothills network, northwest Boise is the neighborhood for you.

Southeast Boise, a neighborhood riddled with advantages, extends from Boise State University to Micron Technology.
