Eagle, Idaho is stunning with it’s rolling farmlands and quaint downtown storefronts. If serenity is on your list of wants when looking for a place to build a home, Eagle is a great place to plant your roots. Since Eagle is slightly farther from downtown Boise, there’s a feeling of openness that comes from being away from the big city. Many homeowners in this little place own animals, so it’s possible to find land for horses and cows. In addition, there are many cool events that happen during the year such as Eagle Fun Days- an outdoor event with a parade and vendors, a farmer’s market on Saturdays throughout the summer, and a holiday event with food, music, and fun activities. All of these contribute to a great sense of hometown charm- all

This year’s proceeds are going to support the neonatal intensive care unit. In one word the Festival is dazzling; a winter wonderland is created as enormous and intricately decorated trees line the ballroom of the Centre on the Grove, and colorful wreaths decorate the walls. All of these donated Christmas trees are raffled off at the start of the festival, and then left on display until the end of the week. The entire spectacle brings

If this sounds familiar to your situation, then maybe it’s time to look into buying your own place. There are many reasons to look into buying- from decorating to stability and many things in between. Owning may be the perfect solution for your needs.

The experience of renting can be a bit of a gamble because the landlord or apartment complex is in charge of setting the rent price.
