Niccole Welch started her real estate business in 2015 to “Help the little guy, always! Niccole commented that "No matter what my clients are looking for, my goal as their agent is to listen to their wants and needs and help them find that perfect house that ultimately becomes a home for their family!"

Born and raised in Emmett Idaho, Niccole and her husband Codey have four kids and have always had a special connection with and enjoy the small town warmth of Emmett. Niccole has lived in the Treasure Valley her entire life enabling her to serve as a local real estate expert for the communities of: Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Kuna, Emmett and surrounding areas.

Niccole’s strong work ethic and passion for helping others culminated in her top producing real estate business for many consecutive years up to and including 2022. Nicole has gathered experience and knowledge in working with a large variety of property types including single family homes, land development/subdividing parcels for individual residences, commercial properties, manufactured homes & farm and ranch properties. There is no home too small or too large for Niccole to focus her concentrated real estate efforts and marketing on.

On the business front, Niccole's favorite accomplishment is providing a smooth transaction from start to closing and handing keys to her buyer clients or being instrumental in her sellers getting top dollar. Her competitive streak makes her a great negotiator as she goes above and beyond for each client.

In their free time, Niccole & Codey's family enjoy everything Idaho has to offer... When she is not negotiating a contract Niccole is negotiating with her kids about whether to boat, hike, fish or hunt while enjoying their family cabin in Cascade with Dixie the family husky.
